Moire
Her Majesty Moire, Queen of Rebma and the Deep Peoples, Monarch Beneath the Waves.
Moire is the daughter of Moins, and half-sister to Princess Llewella of Amber. She had a daughter, Morganthe, who sadly took her own life after being seduced, made pregnant, and abandoned by Prince Random of Amber. Rumor has it that she had been negotiating with Eric of Amber for a marriage alliance between the kingdoms, and while that rumor has never been confirmed, she had been negotiating some flavor of treaty with Amber.
